AEGEE-Utrecht is deel van een groot Europees studenten netwerk met maar liefst 200 vestigingen door heel Europa met meer dan 13.000 leden. Wij als AEGEE-Utrecht houden 3 stappen aan. 1: De mooiste studententijd in Utrecht! Borrel, feest, diner, of gala. AEGEE’ers zijn open, vriendelijke en actieve studenten. Met meer dan 350 leden in Utrecht is er altijd wat te beleven. Niks is verplicht, dus geen ontgroening of andere nare dingen. Iedereen is welkom. 2: Onvergetelijk reizen door Europa! Zowat elke stad in Europa heeft een eigen AEGEE. Elke week zijn er fantastische reizen en events met studenten vanuit heel Europa. Leer van elkaars cultuur en feest tot in de late uurtjes. Alles blijft betaalbaar voor de op stufi terende student. 3: Bouwen aan je toekomst! Leer samenwerken, organiseren en leidinggeven in een dynamisch, internationaal team. We organize social impact oriented student consulting projects around the world in which a multidisciplinary team of students collaborates with a social enterprise, start-up or NGO, during the academic year. The team then joins the project partner on location for an implementation phase of 6-8 weeks.

Welcome to the website of study association Albion. Almost every degree at Utrecht University has its own study association, and for the degree of English Language and Culture this is Albion. As a study association, we do everything we can to help you get the most out of your time at Utrecht University. We organise all sorts of activities: from career events and symposia to parties and pub quizzes, but also trips to Ireland, Scotland or England. We are in close contact with the English Department and make sure your feedback reaches the right people. Frisse Gedachtes is a student movement that aims to improve student well-being. It does that by offering three free services. Firstly, a chat platform where students can chat anonymously with psychology students and experts by experience. Secondly, the option to be randomly matched to a fellow student in order to be able to go for a walk together. Third, events to make student welfare more open to discussion.

Metis is a completely student-led Study Association for students of the BSc Philosophy, Politics and Economics (and History!) at Utrecht University.We aim to enrich the student life of PPEople by organising social gatherings, academic events, and providing opportunities to explore a diverse range of interests and hobbies. Metis is completely student-led, which means that all the activities of Metis are by PPE students, for PPE students!

Studievereniging PAP is de studievereniging voor Pedagogische Wetenschappen in Utrecht. Wij hebben verschillende commissies die activiteiten en reizen organiseren. Ieder jaar gaan we op studiereis en een keer op ledenweekend. Naast deze activiteiten worden er ook studie-inhoudelijke activiteiten georganiseerd zoals lezingen en excursies.

In het Parnassos CultUUr Café ontmoet je andere studenten, speel je een spelletje of werk je (samen) aan een opdracht. Bring your own food en die goede kop koffie of tosti kun je hier ook krijgen. Iedere maand vinden er een aantal gratis creatieve, duurzame en gezellige activiteiten plaats in het Parnassos CultUUr Café. Alle UU studenten zijn welkom!

Parnassos is the cultural centre of Utrecht University. At Parnassos you can attend courses and workshops, visit concerts and use the facilities that Parnassos offers. Parnassos is open to students and staff of participating institutions for higher education.

RUS is a unique association within Rugby Nederland. Since 1985, we have been the only female student rugby association in the Netherlands! RUS has over 100 members who weekly put their bodies and pride into battle on muddy rugby fields all over the Netherlands. Not just the first and second half are our strengths, even in the third half we prove ourselves weekly. Next to this, we organize a variety of social activities such as our yearly trip abroad, tournaments and our always legendary New Year’s diner and End of Season Dinner. Our introduction course starts on Wednesday the 13th of September. First three practices are free!

SIB-Utrecht can best be described as a student association with a unique balance between intellectual and fun activities. Our weekly public Tuesday evening programme consists of an talk (NL or EN) and afterwards drinks at our local café! Besides our bi-weekly Tuesday evening programme we also have other activities organised by our very own wonderful committees and active societies! We are affiliated with the United Nations and currently have around 200 members. Our members have different study backgrounds and study phases, ranging from bachelor students university of applied sciences to master students from the university of Utrecht. We make multiple trips within Europe, but we also go beyond EU borders! Enjoy, explore & experience: 1. You can join our association all year round as we have two official introduction periods spread through the year. 2. We believe in an open atmosphere in our association we therefore don’t have hazings or a hierarchy. 3. We don’t have any obligations so you can choose how active you want to be!

‘STUdance is meer dan sport’ Student & Dans In 1993 is STUdance opgericht door een paar enthousiaste meiden. Inmiddels is zij uitgegroeid tot de grootste studentenpodiumdansvereniging van Nederland met bijna 300 leden! Op dit moment verzorgt STUdance lessen op verschillende niveaus in de stijlen Jazz, Klassiek Ballet, Hiphop, Streetdance, Moderne dans en Mixles. Het dansseizoen wordt afgesloten met een eindvoorstelling in de Stadsschouwburg te Utrecht. STUdance is meer dan alleen sport, twaalf commissies zorgen het hele jaar door voor allerlei gezellige activiteiten. Van vaste borrels, feestjes en het gala tot workshops, theateruitjes en een onvergetelijke weekendjes weg

SV Eureka is the study association for the Humanities Honours Programme at Utrecht University. We were established in 2016 and organise fun and interesting activities such as lectures, drinks, trips and symposia.

Politeia is de studievereniging voor staats- en bestuursrecht en rechtstheorie, verbonden aan de afdeling Staats- en bestuursrecht van het departement Rechtsgeleerdheid aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Politeia richt zich op het organiseren van activiteiten, zowel sociaal als inhoudelijk. Afgelopen jaren zijn vele symposia, lezingen, studiereizen, borrels, en kantoorbezoeken georganiseerd. Tijdens onze borrels en onze ‘Bowliteia’ of ‘Pooliteia’-avonden is er genoeg tijd voor ontspanning en plezier. Politeia staat ook in nauw contact met de docenten van de Universiteit Utrecht, waarmee we ook voor goede netwerkmogelijkheden zorgen. Het is kortom de meest laagdrempelige en gezellige manier om kennis te maken met dit rechtsgebied!

Society College is an organization that builds a societal reserve to strengthen a country’s cohesion and resilience. Strategic talent development, matching and retention are not just about career building, but also about a sense of purpose throughout different phases of a lifetime. Society College offers, based on years of experience, a unique program that combines career development with social education and social projects. Starting off with focussing on college students, we offer various programs for 8, 16 or 32 hours per week.

Sticky is een jonge en enthousiaste studievereniging voor informatica, informatiekunde en gametechnologie. Wij bieden onze leden leuke en studie-inhoudelijke activiteiten.

TC de Uithof is de enige studententennisvereniging van Utrecht en met ruim 550 leden tevens de op een na grootste van Nederland. De vereniging biedt naast de vele tennisactiviteiten, zoals trainingen, competitie en toernooien, ook veel gezelligheid. Jaarlijkse hoogtepunten zijn onder andere het TC festival, de wintersport en het bezoeken van Roland Garros. Verder heeft TC de Uithof elke donderdag een clubavond, waarvan elke eerste donderdag van de maand om 21.30 uur een borrel in onze stamkroeg. Zowel beginnende als gevorderde tennissers kunnen bij TC de Uithof terecht. Trainingen worden gegeven op alle niveaus. Voor de beste spelers van de vereniging is een selectie opgericht.

This Is UU-week biedt jou als UU-student (gratis) de mogelijkheid je te oriënteren op verschillende activiteiten in Utrecht op je eigen interessegebied. Kennismaken met medestudenten en het Utrechtse culturele/sportieve/campus/verenigingsleven gebeurt vaak aan het begin van de studie, maar veel studenten hebben ook later in hun studie deze behoefte. Bijvoorbeeld omdat je eerder nog niet op kamers woonde of eerst je BSA wilde halen. Daarom is er de This Is UU-week; 18 t/m 20 april 2023 (onderwijsvrije week)!

U-turn is the student gymnastics organization in Utrecht. We train in a gymnastics hall near Central station. Here you can practice flips, handstands, balancing, but also your strength and endurance.

The ‘Utrechtse Life Sciences Vereniging Amino’ (U.L.S.V. Amino), or Amino in short, has been brought to life by and for the students of Molecular Life Sciences (MLS), Molecular Biophysical Life Sciences (MBLS), and Graduate School of Life Sciences (GSLS) from the University of Utrecht (UU).

De Utrechtse Historische Studentenkring (UHSK) is een van de grootste studieverenigingen van Utrecht en de grootste studievereniging voor geschiedenisstudenten in Nederland. De UHSK-kamer is gevestigd in het prachtige centrum van de stad Utrecht. De UHSK heeft een rijke geschiedenis en kent wekelijkse activiteiten. De Studentenkring is en blijft een warm thuis voor rond de 1500 Leden. Ook bieden de commissies een extra uitdaging voor een ieder die actiever wil worden bij de Studentenkring. En met onze 22 commissies is er meer dan genoeg plek. De commissies bieden een podium voor zowel onderwijsgerelateerde activiteiten als gezelligheidsactiviteiten.

De Utrechtse Studenten Alpen Club is op 15 november 1928 opgericht. Bij USAC kun je in verenigingsverband alpineren, sportklimmen, boulderen en tourskiën. Natuurlijk mogen goeie feestjes, leuke activiteiten en gezellige borrels ook niet ontbreken. Als NKBV-gecertificeerd opleidingscentrum bieden we ook verschillende opleidingen en cursussen aan, zodat we bij de wensen van zowel beginnende als ervaren bergsporter aansluiten.

Wij zijn dé studentenkorfbalvereniging van Utrecht. Wij zijn niet voor niets een studentenkorfbalvereniging: je kunt bij ons terecht voor zowel heel veel gezelligheid als ook korfbal. Wij trainen twee keer in de week en spelen daarnaast wedstrijden met twee competitieteams op de zaterdag en één midweekteam op de woensdag. Alleen trainen (en bij je oude vereniging spelen) is bij ons ook een mogelijkheid!Voor een leuke studententijd ben je bij Hebbes zeker op de juiste plek. We borrelen maandelijks bij onze stamkroeg ’t Pandje, we bezoeken vele studentenkorfbaltoernooien en daarnaast worden er het hele jaar door leuke activiteiten georganiseerd door onze commissies. De jaarlijkse skireis en het weekendje weg zijn daarbij hoogtepunten.

The Utrecht Union is a student initiative that was founded in 2019: an organization for and by students that organizes interviews with surprising, innovative speakers in our special location: the Academy Building at the Domplein. Inspired by similar initiatives in Cambridge and Oxford, we try to pull students out of their comfort zone through our interviews and show them that there are alternative paths to follow. We believe that you don't always have to do what is expected of you and that you don't have to follow a boring study plan just because it's "what you're supposed to do." We encourage students to choose their own paths and to take risks. Over the past three years, we have had interesting interviews with Caroline van der Plas, Jan Peter Balkenende, Epke Zonderland, Rutger Bregman, Jan Terlouw, and Jimmy Nelson, among others. Come to one of our interviews and step out of your bubble! All interviews include drinks into the ticket price.

Utrecht University Model United Nations (UUMUN) consists of 17 students that intensively train their public speaking, lobbying, and negotiating to achieve the highest result possible in two MUN conferences in Oxford and Harvard. UUMUN focuses on international issues, politics, diplomacy and social engagement. We also organize events that are open for everyone!

Wij zijn Veterinaire Studenten Rijvereniging "De Solleysel". Onze Saloon is dagelijks van 10 tot 22 geopend voor gezelligheid en om een lekker drankje of tosti te halen, met regelmatig pauze specials. Van Slag is met gemiddeld 440 leden de grootste en gezelligste volleybalvereniging voor studenten in Utrecht waar niets verplicht is en alles mag.
