Workshop: How to work on a balanced mindset with positive psychology
Every day, we have around 40.000 thoughts. About 70% of which are focused on threats. How would it be to change these numbers? In this interactive workshop we will work with several techniques from positive psychology in order to come to a more balanced mindset. This workshop is given by Sietske Sibie, student psychologist of TU Delft.
