Mindful Coping with Stress (on campus)

Learn more about how to cope mindfully with stress. During this workshop you gain some insights in the theory behind stress and you practise with several mindful meditation techniques. The workshop is based on elements of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). For additional online guidance in Mindful Meditation see www.headspace.com This activity is free of charge. However, we have a € 10,- no-show/late cancellation fee. You may cancel your registration free of charge, at the latest before 10 AM, 2 office days before the start of the activity.
