Job Description

Are you a student interested in translating your skills into a career in marketing excellence? Our team is looking for someone with knowledge, experience, or passion for product & sustainable marketing solutions.

As Marketing Excellence Intern, you will support our product solution teams as well as compliance and sustainability teams with daily activities as well as with various strategic projects. Within this role you will make sure that all the relevant processes linked to our products and solutions are followed and be a first line of support to sales and marketing teams. You will be a member of a resource team consisting of experts focusing on sustainability and marketing excellence.

Your main tasks will be the following:

Administrate and support the process for product portfolio management e.g., (raise new product requests, update product attributes, maintain technical datasheets). Analysis and enhancement recommendation of internal processes. Conducting market research to understand how to best communicate compliance regulations to a wide audience of existing and potential customers. Take ownership of strategic projects concerning internal process optimization to enhance overall marketing ecosystem performance. Creating and facilitating send out of our email marketing communications Assist in the development and implementation of sales supporting material such as brochures, sell sheets, newsletters, product change notifications etc. And last but not least... Join the team in creative brainstorming for a diverse range of projects.

The preferred start date is February 1st, 2024. The ideal candidate is available 5 days a week for 6 months. The location of the position is our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest. The internship can be done remotely for up to 2 days per week.

Qualifications

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

Someone currently following a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related studies in a Dutch university. Someone fluent in writing and speaking English, other languages are a plus. Someone must be proficient with MS office and Google apps. Someone interested in the broad marketing field from analytical skills like investigating sales numbers and cost to creative thinking when designing the next product launch campaign. Someone with good organizations skills (affinity with project management) who also enjoys working in international, diverse, and often remote teams. Someone proactive who is able to work well under pressure and adapt easily and quickly to changes in a highly international environment.
