This is a peer support group for students who are in need to seek comfort and relatability with other students that have AD(H)D (diagnosed or undiagnosed). In the group you can share experiences, give each other advice and learn more about how to cope with AD(H)D. You will follow a set series which discusses topics like relationships, emotion regulation and planning. The ADHD support group is an addition to the existing services of Fenestra. Our next series of student support groups will start in the week of 16 October 2023. Sessions take place once a week for six consecutive weeks. Registration deadline: October 4th.
