CHANDON opens up a world of possibilities. Responsible for executing best practice purchasing activities as part of the Winery Team and broader Purchasing community. Demonstrating strong practical knowledge and understanding of purchasing when supporting internal stakeholders and suppliers. • Support the operational teams to deliver on core day to day functional procurement requirements • Administer the Contract Register and Supplier Register and coordinate associated activities contract management and supplier management activities; liaise with suppliers and consultant to deliver on key contracts and projects • Provide ongoing review and reporting of key metrics, across spend, contracts and supplier performance • Undertake regular review of procurement related documentation including, policies, processes and templates ensuring accuracy and relevance • Be a champion for and deliver on the business’s key procurement strategies, objectives and actions   You missions will be :  • Provide guidance on all procurement, supplier and contract management and process for all goods and services • Provide purchasing and administrative support with key sourcing projects and activities • Review and set up the contract database with the support of each department and maintain the database; investigate and implement system-based contracts management tool • Review contracts and provide support for negotiations for recurring goods or services, identifying opportunities for cost management, performance improvement and sustainability objectives • Work with internal stakeholders to meet agreed contract management strategies • Administer a quality audit and supplier audit program; and take responsibility for any post-audit action plan, ensuring timely completion of actions • Collect and analyse purchasing information to facilitate better adherence to policy and procedures, through the provision of adhoc and scheduled reporting • Review current reporting and key performance metrics; and develop a dashboard and reporting suite representative of all departments • Assist and support budget and forecast activities, ensuring compliance to group requirements • Support and administer supplier management activities, ensuring that departmental requirements are appropriately managed, including vendor onboarding of all new suppliers; and documentation such as certifications and insurances requested, retained, and updated as necessary • Assist with the coordination of and participate in key supplier performance evaluations on an annual basis • Be a champion for all procurement related policies, processes and systems, making recommendations for continuous improvement • Provide support to relevant stakeholders and users for capability development and learning including the provision of workshops, training and communications on procurement programs, systems and tools • Support and participate in the delivery of key transversal projects PROFIL Education :  • Bachelor or Higher in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing or Engineering Languages :  • English Professional experience & know how : • Purchasing or related experience, knowledge of the Wine and Spirits sector • Good understanding of Procurement processes (S2P, SLM) Technical & management skills : • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) • Experience in using an ERP system, preferably SAP (knowledge of any other system well regarded) • Project Management experience Personal & interpersonal skills : • Strong team player with the ability to Ability to work autonomously • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to work at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work in a fast paced changing environmentv INFORMATION ADDITIONNELLE Location : Coldstream, Yarra Valley, Victoria  Start Date : March 2023 Duration 12 months to 24 months
