The Job

Reporting to the Nordic Chief Compliance Officer, you will participate in the development of the compliance function with the main purpose of aligning our business processes with the relevant legislations and regulation, and ensure that relevant compliance tools are implemented. Your contribution to relevant compliance analyses, assessments, administrative tasks and reporting to the Management, and preparing the basis for the annual reporting to the management concerning Euronext Securities compliance will help to grow Euronext Securities' maturity in the Compliance area. Key Accountabilities Contribute to monitor compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and directives (GDPR, AML & CSDR) Assessment of compliance risks via risk analyses, or other compliance analyses Execute compliance related controls Contribute to reporting to stakeholders and relevant authorities, e.g. the local Financial Supervisory Authority and in connection with their monitoring of the company Prepare presentations and training material Prepare, update and control internal governing documents such as policies and procedures Communication tasks, e.g. news or articles about Compliance subjects Dialogue with employees across the organisation regarding compliance-related topics Administration and planning Ad hoc tasks Profile Mandatory To take part in Euronext' International Graduate programme, you will need to fulfill the eligibility criteria of a VIE : Be 18-28 by the day of the beginning of the mission Have an European Nationality Never having worked, lived or paid taxes in the assignement country (Norway) Be willing to relocate for 12 months (renewable) in Oslo Desirable Young professional, Graduated from a Master's Degree in Compliance, Audit, Law or related Insights of compliance methods and tools Experience from the practical implementation of compliance methods and tools, and compliance work Sound experience concerning the operation and development of financial enterprises Understanding and knowledge of IT and processes in financial enterprises Knowledge and understanding of how financial markets work Knowledge of the EU and local legislative processes Understanding of what a control environment is and how it is built up Excellent oral and written English Microsoft Office proficiency
