Description de l'entreprise : VIE Australia (Sydney) - Financial Analyst Finance CONTEXT : Keolis Downer is a major provider of public transport in Australia. We are the largest light rail operator with Yarra Trams and Gold Coast operations, one of the most significant bus operators through our KD Bus Division. We have entered into train operations in 2021 with our contract in Adelaide. Keolis Downer employs 5,000 staff and is headquartered in Sydney. To support our growth, we are looking for a Keolis Downer Financial Analyst on a VIE contract basis, based in Sydney, reporting to the KD Financial Controller. The candidate will have to show versatile skills in Finance (general accounting, management accounting - reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, treasury, tax) as well as project and compliance skills. Description du poste : Position purpose * Manage Finance processes of the Keolis holding. * Responsible for following up the major investments at Corporate level. * Administrate reporting tools at Corporate level: investments, travel and expenses, dashboards. * Give support to Corporate and Operational teams in terms of financial analysis and compliance activity follow-up. Main tasks At Holding level - Manage the Finance processes of our Keolis Holding entity: payroll, end of month closing, intercompany reconciliation, reporting, financial statements, budget and forecast, treasury (dividends, loans, guarantees), cash, tax obligations (GST, PAYG, payroll tax, income tax). * Follow-up of bid team's time allocation to projects and travel expenses, including the administration of a dedicated Travel & Expense tool. At Group level * Responsible for following up the major investments at Group level: approval, deviation against budget, impact on cash flow. - Give support to Operations in terms of financial analysis, especially in the Bus Division (wages, revenue indexation vs cost escalation, electric bus project and running costs, Business Plan and operational dashboards). * Give support to Corporate teams for the follow-up of compliance activities (ESG and Payment Times Reporting, risk register, roll out of compliance program, Modern Slavery Statement, anti-corruption actions). The list of tasks is not exhaustive and will be adapted in accordance to the business priorities and the performance of the KD Financial Analyst. Description du profil : Experience and skills * Accounting or Finance diploma. * 2 to 3 years of experience in general accounting and management accounting. * Rigorous. * Analytical skills. * Autonomous in task scheduling and delivery. * Team player when interacting with Finance teams locally in Australia and with Group HQ in Paris. * Knowledge of public transport industry is a definite plus. * IT: proficient in MS Office, Business Object Finance, Hyperion Smartview.
