Work with TI teams, customers and external partners around the world to design, build, qualify and support our industry-leading analog and embedded processing products. As a validation and test engineer, you play a vital role in assuring the quality and performance of TI's innovative IC products. From validation software and hardware development, product debugging and test optimization - you help ensure our products are consistently competitive and leading in the market. Gain an inside track through two rotations. The first in validation engineering, then a second rotation in test engineering. The first rotation assignment places you on a validation engineering team within the Precision ADC development group. This rotation is followed by another 6-month exciting assignment in a Test engineering role in the same product line. At the end of your program, you'll become a member of our Precision ADC validation team where you will work on leading-edge semiconductor technologies. As a validation engineer you will develop innovative validation solutions on IC package level for isolated precision ADCs. This includes PCB and test software development, silicon debugging, IC characterization, measurements to ensure device robustness, data generation for datasheet curves and data analysis. Being an integral part of the new product development team, you are interfacing across multiple functions in international team setups. This demanding environment also brings along the opportunity to learn from established and successful teams. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field You recently graduated and / or have first experiences in a professional role Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA (2.0 for Germany) or better with performance record Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German (or commitment to learn) Preferred qualifications: Experience in analog and digital circuits and measurement techniques Proficiency with bench test equipment (i.e. Power Supplies, Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, PXI) Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, Matlab and/or other programming languages Familiar with device characterization and data analysis tools PCB design and layout expertise Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Ability to take the initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery Our offer for you: Benefit from a competitive salary, yearly profit sharing (dependent on company success), flexible working hours, the ability to work from home, an unlimited contract from the beginning and many additional benefits Join an international work environment where your ideas count and where you can thrive in a diverse culture Explore a world of opportunities for your personal and professional development Texas Instruments is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse, inclusive work environment.
