About the job We are looking for an university graduate RF engineer to join our validation team. As an RF validation engineer you will focus on debug and optimization of RF performance in close collaboration with the other HW/SW R&D teams. When finalized, you will gather data sheet and validation performance numbers for our leading-edge RF IC's in a world class RF lab. You will also work closely with the business teams to develop solid test- and validation specifications and plans before executing and bringing the product into the market. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Debug and optimization to meet design specifications as well as regulatory requirements Characterization of Texas Instruments cutting-edge RF ICs for datasheet generation Development and optimization of RF PHYs for all supported standards (BLE, WiSUN, ZigBee, OFDM, etc.) Design of RF HW and lab development boards HW simulations and analysis of designs (baluns, filters, transmission lines, impedance matches) Minimum requirements: Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree Preferred qualifications: Cumulative B GPA average Completed Master studies in two years from now RF/Communication theory selective subjects Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Ability to take the initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery Our offer for you Benefit from an attractive compensation Join an international work environment where your ideas count and where you can thrive in a diverse culture Explore a world of opportunities for your personal and professional development Texas Instruments is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse, inclusive work environment.
