To support the development of our activity, we are seeking a: Training Setup and Delivery Associate (m/f/d) This diversified and evolutive role will position you at the very heart of our activity. Your mission will span the Academy’s value chain, from proposal management to client service. Proposal Management Ensure the effective execution of the proposal issuance workflow from design to sign off; Liaise with the Offering Management team and Client Relationship Managers to craft the proposal content as per clients’ needs and expectations; Perform the applicable compliance controls and ensure the continuous monitoring of related deadlines; Perform quality checks throughout the proposal issuance process; Input proposal related data in the learning management system; Monitor the proposal issuance funnel to ensure an optimal proposal issuance rate. Client Service Organize open, dedicated and e-learning training programs and learning events including but not limited to planning, trainers and participants support, venue and catering management, course material issuance and dispatch; Coordinate internal and external trainers’ pools and support them in the effective delivery of the related courses; Act as key contact for clients on logistical related matters; Input training related data in the learning management system; Course invoicing and budgetary follow-up; Welcome participants to open courses and provide them course related information; Provide regular feedback on course planning and delivery to the other Academy team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of training management processes; Manage the INFPC reporting process on behalf of our clients. Your Profile You are strongly motivated by our activity; You have a first successful experience in the financial sector ideally with training related exposure; You demonstrate the ability to precisely execute instructions, prioritize and schedule your work; You are team driven and client focused; You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; You are rigorous, adaptable and flexible; You have excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
