The Job
Our Training & Event Organisation department is made of 18 people managing the administration and organisation of a wide range of events (trainings in Luxembourg and EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa), as well as client events). As a T rainingCoordinator (m/f/d) you will: Monitor participants management to EMEA trainings from invitation to registration follow-up and attendance tracking; Daily update the Learning Management System (LMS) and be responsible for quality control of data; Actively collaborate with the EMEA Learning & Development teams to set-up training plans by Line of Service; Deal with international clients : local L&D in EMEA territories, participants from other entities of the network (some specific programmes with top executive participants); Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual and hybrid training; Handle logistics aspects for training activities including venue search and equipment, contracting and off-site management,...; Be in charge of all training materials requests in contact with course responsible; Financial follow up of all incoming invoices and preparation of territories recharging data. Profile : You hold a Degree with a relevant specialisation (HR, business administration, etc.); You are an independent user in Office tools (word, excel,..) and Google Suite available at PwC (including Google Form and Google Site); You have a good knowledge of IT tools for learning such as Webex training, Google Meet,...; You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French ; You combine excellent organisational skills with logical thinking; You work autonomously and are able to multi-task even under pressure; You are proactive and closely manage deadlines.
