The Green Gas unit is responsible for building up the business for the E.ON Group and driving forward major multi-regional projects. It also supports the Group's regional subsidiaries with their green gas projects. As an E.ON Graduate with focus on Green Gas you will have the opportunity to discover and drive the E.ON’s Green Gas team over 24 months preferably starting on 01/06/2023. Your Responsibility Our E.ON International Graduate Programme puts theoretical knowledge to practice, offering opportunities to students who want to make an impact on the sustainable energy landscape. From exposure to a variety of business areas across different placements, to giving each graduate individual freedom to develop along personal interests. The power to grow. Across the 2-year programme, you’ll receive hands-on learning and expert guidance, work in different functional placements across Green Gas departments (e.g. Green Gas projects, Business Controlling, Technology) and at least one cross-functional and international placement, gain global insights into E.ON’s business with a focus on our customer solutions and Green Gas areas across Europe (e.g. Netherlands, Turkey), get the chance to connect with a global network. Your Profile Above average Master’s degree in the field of Business, Technical or Natural Science or a respective Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience First experiences in sales and business development in combination with (Green) Gas are a plus Fluent in English and a willingness to learn German Ideally international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work Ability to build meaningful and strong relationships with relevant interfaces and strong networking skills Appreciate working in diverse teams, demonstrating an open and inclusive mindset Strong solution and customer-oriented thinking An already existing residence permit and work visa for Germany are not necessarily required.
