The Energy Networks segment coordinates with the operating regional companies and is responsible for overall financial and strategic management. As an E.ON Graduate with focus on Energy Networks you will have the opportunity to discover and drive the E.ON’s Energy Networks functions over 24 months preferably starting on 01/06/2023 . Your Responsibility Our E.ON International Graduate Programme puts theoretical knowledge to practice, offering opportunities to students who want to make an impact on the sustainable energy landscape. From exposure to a variety of business areas across different placements, to giving each graduate individual freedom to develop along personal interests. T he power to grow. Across the 2-year programme, you’ll receive hands-on learning and expert guidance, work in different functional placements across Energy Networks departments (e.g. Regulation, Market Steering & Business Development, Research & Development, IT & Digital initiatives, Asset Management, operative technical and commercial tasks) and at least one cross-functional and international placement, gain global insights into E.ON’s business with a focus on specific Energy Networks topics across Germany ( Link ) and Europe (e.g. Malmö, Prague, Warsaw), get the chance to connect with a global network. Your Profile Above average Master’s degree in Engineering, Natural & Computer Sciences or Economics with preferably a focus in Energy Networks or a respective Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience lnterest in solving energy industry challenges on an international scale with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset Fluent in English and good communication level in German, especially when working in German regional units Ideally international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work Initial hands-on experience in the energy or digital sector is beneficial Ability to build meaningful and strong relationships with relevant interfaces and strong networking skills Strong solution- and customer-oriented thinking with excellent analytical and communication skills An already existing residence permit and work visa for Germany are not necessarily required.
