As an E.ON Graduate with focus on EIS you will have the opportunity to discover and drive the E.ON’s EIS team over 24 months preferably starting on 01/06/2023. Your Responsibility Our E.ON International Graduate Programme puts theoretical knowledge to practice, offering opportunities to students who want to make an impact on the sustainable energy landscape. From exposure to a variety of business areas across different placements, to giving each graduate individual freedom to develop along personal interests. The power to grow. Across the 2-year programme, you’ll receive hands-on learning and expert guidance, work in different functional placements across Energy Infrastructure Solutions (e.g. large industrial onsite energy generation, district heating & cooling, city quarter solutions, industrial/ commercial customer segments or energy efficiency products & services) and at least one cross-functional and international placement, gain global insights into E.ON’s business across Europe (e.g. Milan, Munich, Coventry, Malmö), get the chance to connect with a global network. Your Profile Above average Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Natural Science or technical fields or a respective Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience Knowledge in sustainable energy and customer solutions like photovoltaic or heat pumps are a plus Fluent in English and German Ideally international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work Entrepreneurial and strong growth mindset and a talent for creative, customer centric and innovative thinking Passion for digital technologies Ability to build meaningful and strong relationships with relevant interfaces and strong networking skills An already existing residence permit and work visa for Germany are not necessarily required.
