We design and offer solution packages of green energy, charging hardware, installation and energy services for our B2C, B2B/fleet and city customers. We develop international partnerships and operate our charging network. As an E.ON Graduate with focus on eMobility you will have the opportunity to discover and drive the E.ON’s eMobilty team over 24 months preferably starting on 01/06/2023. Your Responsibility Our E.ON International Graduate Programme puts theoretical knowledge to practice, offering opportunities to students who want to make an impact on the sustainable energy landscape. From exposure to a variety of business areas across different placements, to giving each graduate individual freedom to develop along personal interests. The power to grow. Across the 2-year programme, you’ll receive hands-on learning and expert guidance, work in different functional placements across eMobility departments (e.g. Solution Development, Sales or eMobility IT) and at least one cross-functional placement, gain global insights into E.ON’s business with a focus on our customers and the eMobility business across Europe (e.g. Munich, Malmö, Kopenhagen), get the chance to connect with a global network. Your Profile Above average Master’s degree in in the field of Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Natural Sciences or similar or a respective Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience Knowledge in topics of eMobility and interest in digital technologies is a plus Fluent in English and a willingness to learn German Ideally international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work Entrepreneurial and strong growth mindset and a talent for creative, customer centric and innovative thinking Interest in solving energy industry challenges on an international scale Strong solution and customer-oriented thinking An already existing residence permit and work visa for Germany are not necessarily required.
