For this internship, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for an ambitious young professional with a passion for recruitment. You will support our team with our campus recruitment activities including events, recruiting, support onboarding and follow up of our interns. This is an assignment for at least 5-6 months start as soon as possible. Location: Belgium or Netherlands Your learning goals will be: Learning the full recruitment cycle: taking part in sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and engaging young talents (of course, you can count on the help of the team) Working closely and supporting hiring managers Communicating and building relationships universities Being able to communicate with clarity and diplomacy Working with different ATS systems (i.e., Workday, Phenom CRM) Employer branding activities And this last bullet is for whatever you would like to learn, we are here to support your journey A little about you: You are a Bachelor/Master student with a background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field. You are passionate about Talent Acquisition You have excellent communication; fluent in English - both verbal and written (local alnguage is a plus) You are a team player with a hands-on mentality You can be on-site at least once a week You can work independently but when needed, you are a true team-player *Please note that our internship is only suitable for students who enrolled in a local university throughout the whole internship period or posess a valid work permit after graduation.
