Job Description The Junior Supply Planner reports to a Senior Supply Planner and manages the replenishment and distribution planning from dedicated sourcing (BIC Plants and/or OEM suppliers) to European markets (10 warehouses to deliver according to customer demand in 25 countries). Objective is to ensure product visibility and product availability to commercial teams, while maintaining appropriate stock level. Main responsibilities: Determines on monthly basis the purchase orders & purchase forecast volume according to Europe & Export demand for his/her scope of SKU Launches weekly co-packing work orders according to various constraints (component availability, promotion anticipation, load at the co-packing center…) Manages weekly DRP to replenish his/ her product portfolio to the 8 local European DC Optimizes bulks & finished goods inventory levels in all European warehouses and defines action plans for overstock reduction (unpacking of co-packed item, rebalancing stock…) Monitors stock service level performance by managing product availability on his / her product portfolio while maintaining inventory level to the defined target Anticipates and defines mitigation plans on products with risk of shortage Ensures smooth and timely communication with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Factory Planning and Logistics teams to limit out-of-stock impact Provides feedback on weekly & monthly reporting with root cause analysis and action plan Actively participates to continuous improvement initiatives with the support of his/her Senior Supply Planner Qualifications Fluent English Skilled with numbers Strong interest for Excel, ERP and planning tools Synthetic and well-structured mindset with priority management Proactive with continuous improvement mindset Good communication skills, positive attitude, and strong team player BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
