Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité The trainee will join the corporate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management team from the Safety and Industrial System (SIS) Department in charge of: Supporting the effective management of safety in our operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of our safety and environmental performance. The team is leading the "Constellation" (Group HSE) community, provides standards, guidelines, training, generic tools and methods, advice and support to affiliates, and facilitates the sharing of lessons learned. Deploying an ambitious project called "Safety management - Group solution". This Group platform, powered by Intelex, will provide a set of modules to manage safety more effectively and in compliance with the IMS streamlining program Missions & Responsabilités The trainee will be in charge of : Supporting the owner of the new Group referential called "Site & Facility" to manage updates, facilitate interactions with other corporate projects using this referential and to continuously clean data in order to ensure the highest added value for the Group. Reinforcing the "Safety Management - Group Solution" project team, which is in charge of deploying the Group IT platform providing operational teams with Group IT tools that comply with the Industrial Management System (IMS). You will work in particular on the : improvement of existing safety reports (using the Power BI Microsoft software) to share more effectively across the Group (to the 190 management entities) the monthly safety results and the 'Site & Facility' repository. the collection & analysis of data related to existing safety training in order to prepare the next improvement step of the training & qualification process. Profil et compétences Bac+3 to Bac+5 from studies with an industrial background and an interest in data management Languages: French and English minimum skills: written, reading and spoken to ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders Skills: Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills Self-motivated and ability to prioritize Good verbal & written communication and ability to create trusty relations with the project stakeholders Open and curious to quickly understand the Group organization Informations complémentaires Location : Siège social, 75 Quai d'Orsay - Paris 7 e To apply : Send resume + cover letter Date : from March/April 2023 for 6 months minimum
