As part of an international team, you will have the opportunity to participate in and support our strategic projects in the field of Learning & Development. You will work on function-specific business projects throughout the duration of the program with the support and guidance of your manager. You will be required to: - Design, implement, and monitor communication campaigns to promote the L&D offerings (virtual, in-person, hybrid programs) and other activities offered by the LVMH House - Research, write, and publish creative content and articles for internal stakeholders and L&D community - Prepare and edit newsletters, news stories for internal communications and website. - Collaborate with staff on new ideas, directions, and tools for marketing and communication. - Partner with program directors and managers in driving communication plans to build awareness of the LVMH House activities, related programs, and events among target audiences. - Support team members with other communications-related projects, including building and updating calendars, developing presentation materials, proofreading, and editing copy as needed. - Maintain, analyze, and share metrics for all program communication and marketing efforts, with the aim to continuously seek to improve and present corrective actions - Assist with internal communications (employee news & events, intranet content updates, etc.) Website management : - Update learning offer on website and LMS - Create, manage, and update program web pages on 360 Learning platform - Update participants and programs records via the LMS - Gather, receive, coordinate and/or prepare materials for training classes and workshops Other tasks : - Provide administrative support and coordination of employee trainings including sending training invitations, preparation/posting of training materials, evaluations. - Support the L&D team with planning, scheduling, and implementation of various training programs, workshops, meetings, etc - Provide support to Learning & Development teams on ad hoc projects - Perform day-to-day responsibilities in assigned role to gain experience, develop business acumen, and aid in project work/recommendations PROFIL Student in Masters 2 degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing and/or HR. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and partners – visually, verbally, and in writing. Strong grammar skills with copy editing / proofreading experience. Fluent English, native speaker strongly preferred, French appreciated. Knowledge and proficiency with communications channels including digital tools (intranets, Web initiatives, social media, etc.).
