The Job

The internship consists in maximizing the adoption of digital tools by highlighting their benefits in terms of daily productivity for John Cockerill. To do this, your schedule is divided between the different tasks listed below: Creation and publication of content (news, tips & tricks, training etc. whether in the form of articles or video capsules) around digital tools and their contribution to personal productivity. Promotion of this content to different audiences (Communities of Practice, specific departments, networks of champions, business committees, etc.) and on the different channels of the company (Intranet, corporate social network, etc.) Animation of the O365 Community of Practice as well as the network of ambassadors. Active participation in Induction Days, onboarding of new employees and other events / training such as O365 Coffee Corners. Monitoring the adoption of tools via the various KPIs made available. These tasks will be carried out with the supervision and coaching of the Product Owner O365 but also of the Community Manager My John Cockerill (Intranet) and the Knowledge Manager Group. In addition to these operational aspects, the CM will be able to be creative by proposing innovative initiatives and approaches to further promote the adoption of digital tools within John Cockerill. The function requires affinities and interest in the following topics: Digitalization at work in a predominantly Microsoft environment. Productivity tools and methods (Time management, brainstorms, retrospectives, tasks management, notes management, multi-tasking, inbox management, agile methodologies, etc.) Soft skills such as visual facilitation, workshops animation, change management etc. Writing and communication skills, for example ability to make IT subjects easy to grasp for non-IT people.
