Job description As an intern at the BIC Corporate Foundation, you will support on the day-to-day operations of the Foundation and help this organization gain visibility and reach both internally and externally. You’ll be responsible for implementing the Foundation’s communications strategy and developing impactful assets, managing support-requesting NGOs and the financial administration of the organization. You’ll help BIC reach its goal of improving learning conditions for 250 million children by 2025 by being part of the philanthropic arm of the group, which funds life-changing programs at an international level. What you'll do: Communications: Develop content for internal and external communications channels: social network, corporate website, videos, printed assets, etc. Exchange with partner NGOs to identify communications opportunities Identify opportunities to gain internal visibility Help organize and facilitate internal partner events Coordinate content publication with internal and external communications teams Team member volunteering: Coordinate volunteering activities with NGOs and BIC team members Develop and coordinate communications for Call for Volunteers Financial administration: Coordinate donation payments to NGOs with BIC’s accounting service. Update the Foundation’s budget Manage the Foundation’s contact email: Keep track of NGOs that contact the Foundation Ensure efficient processing and response times of emails Identify and present NGOs with proposals aligned to our strategy Qualifications You master Powerpoint presentations You have good writing skills You have an interest in education and philanthropy and/or CSR You’d describe yourself as: creative and with a social calling. Detail-oriented. Team-player. Problem-solver. Self-starter. Fluent English: oral and written French language skills preferred but not required Apply Today!
