In the Southern Europe Region we are searching for a talent and brilliant person who will be involved in activities like portfolio analysis and strategic planning in the CFO function. In particular the successful candidate will support the team in the following activities: Portfolio KPIs analysis of budget Consolidate results and dashboards with the preparation of presentations for the top management Active participation in the 3-years Strategic Plan process coordination Prepare of the GRE consolidated strategic plan for the real estate portfolio IT implementation: enhance IT tools for GRE real estate portfolio Improve overall reporting standards Must have: Degree in in Economics or Finance Master degree in Finance/Control Administration is a plus Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken Good presentation and communications skills, both verbal and written Good knowledge of computer work and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) Nice to have: Should be a curious, creative, analytic and a numbers-oriented thinker Good team worker and multitasking approach Interesting in finance/real estate field Solution oriented Generali is proud to be an inclusive employer that considers applicants regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religion, political views, marital status or philosophy of life.
