The Role : As a part of its digital transformation plan, Allianz Trade new Digital Marketing department is looking for a Social Media Assistant to support the Social Media team. The future intern will be in charge of: supporting the Social Media Manager in her daily missions: community management, data analytics, sharing of good practices with the international social media community, employee advocacy and social selling. the Digital Marketing Community management (workspace webmastering, articles publication and monthly meetings). Main Tasks: Community Management and sharing of best practices: Handle the Group's community management on LinkedIn and Twitter. Support the social media manager in the projects management linked to Hootsuite (publishing and monitoring tool). Support the social media manager in sharing best practices with the international social media community. Be on the lookout for the latest trends in social media tools, channels and features Participate in upskilling local digital marketing teams by coordinating quaterly Social Media Centres of Expertise (CoE). Analytics: Analyse and report social media performance to management on a monthly basis. Consolidate the monthly performance review of our 9 main BUs. Analyse the social media campaigns performance for Group and countries. Review the social media publishing actions and translate the data results into actionable. Employee Advocacy and social selling: Publish content on the employee advocacy app with content curation. Create content for the monthly ambassadors newsletter. Support the social media manager in managing the social selling program for Sales teams. Digital Community: Monitor and optimise the workspace to support our guidelines/recommendations adoption. Manage the monthly calendar and write blog posts. Analyse the monthly performance of publications to share with the marketing team. Competencies Required: Master 2 level acquired or being acquired – university or business school (ESC) with an ideal specialisation in digital marketing. Ideally proven track record of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or B2C fields gained in-house or at a global digital agency. Hands-on and multi-tasting skills with a creative and team mindset. Working knowledge of social media. Content writing skills. Fun, energetic and passionate. Fluent in English to attend the international coordination calls.
