Responsibilities & Activities Hard Skills: we are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Development Representative that thrives in a B2B sales cycle environment. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will play a key role, coordinating with Thought Leadership, Marketing and Sales teams, to identify and generate new opportunities for the Group. Source new sales opportunities and achieve sales goals through inbound lead follow-up / outbound cold calls and emails / social media (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn…) Research accounts, identify key players and qualify leads with Thought Leadership, Marketing and Sales team Nurture and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory in close coordination with Sales team Make initial contact by preparing approach sequences: pure prospecting, campaigns, emailing, social network Organize and prepare meetings with Sales team in the pre-sales phase Forward qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales executives to ensure a continuous pipeline of sales opportunities Build and maintain the reporting on your activities and performances, in order to make a continuous follow-up of the different accounts/prospects (Salesforce) Support the Sales team in its strategic thinking on the continuous improvement of the marketing and sales approach Soft Skills: we can help hone the hard skills, but Redbridge is looking for a team member who shares our core values and comply to our culture. You understand that no individual is bigger than the team and you thrive in a culture of supporting other Strong phone presence Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong written and verbal communications skills in French and English Experience Needed You have a first significant experience in a commercial role related to prospecting and wish to evolve in this field You have already worked with Salesforce and are able to make suggestions on the subject You are result-oriented, have good interpersonal skills, and are persistent and rigorous First experience in a financial service world is a plus At least BA/BS degree or equivalent
