Our exciting two-year graduate programme in roles across our Reinsurance and Insurance business aims to provide you with an insight into how our global business operates. We do this by providing you with a series of rotations where you can get hands on experience working as part of our teams. What to expect: Your programme will consist of job rotations in different teams either in Claims or Underwriting. We also provide an in-depth development programme, helping you to identify and develop your strengths, supported through mentoring, development workshops, networking opportunities and the chance to obtain a professional qualification. What you need: We are looking for recent graduates with a 2:1 or equivalent (predicted or achieved) in a variety of subject areas such as Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Studies, or Technology.
