Discover our Biberach site: xplorebiberach.com Tasks & responsibilities In your new role, you will support the project lead in setting-up new project teams and guiding them through different phases in the early to late development, organize kick-off and regular meetings and onboard new team members. Your new tasks also include the coordination, as well as the pre-and post-processing of meetings (agenda, team review, minutes, etc.). You will be the central contact person regarding all administrative questions, topics and tools for all interfaces involved in the projects. In addition, you will work independently on various Project Management Office (PMO) tasks such as processing guidance documents. The organization of trainings and development of a corresponding training landscape is also part of your job. Furthermore, you will coordinate and maintain programmes/IT applications to ensure good and up-to-date data quality. Requirements Completed master's or bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent with first experience.
