The Group Private Equity Department is the Head Office Department in charge of running the Private Equity ("PE") investments at centralized Group level, including direction, supervision, coordination and control on all Group PE investments. The Generali Group PE investments are performed globally, with an allocation plan in rapid growth. Group Private Equity Department is composed of 2 Units: Group Private Equity Portfolio Construction; Group Private Equity Portfolio Management The Group Private Equity Portfolio Management is in charge of ensuring an active PE portfolio management and due diligence on new investments at centralized Group level. Position Main Tasks: Support the Group Private Equity Portfolio Management Team PE Portfolio management, monitoring and valuation on the invested PE portfolio PE performance measurement on the invested PE portfolio Legal & Tax Due Diligence on new PE investments Qualification: Degree in Economics / Mathematics / Physic / Actuarial Sciences Specialization in Finance / M&A / Accounting would be a plus Experience and skills: Problem solving attitude and flexibility on priority dynamics Maturity to take decisions at a very early stage Proactive and strong team working oriented International mindset, independently of previous specific personal experience Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) is also a prerequisite English fluency, written and spoken, is a requisite.
