Want your ideas to have an impact and your career to grow? Then Emma is the right place for you. What you'll do: You will create and set-up KPI reports for controlling and management. You will prepare monthly and weekly reports, explaining differences between actual data and budget/forecast. You will drive our maturation journey towards data transparency & reliability. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and our fulfillment partners in the field of B2B & B2C. You will identify cost out opportunities by linking up logistic operations and financials metrics. You will use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders throughout Emma. You will support tactical and strategic business decisions that lead to business improvements and cost reductions. You will provide on-demand analyses for different stakeholders to drive key business decisions and connect different data sources into actionable insights. You will evolve our understanding of different logistic costs with smartly designed reports and data visualizations. Who we're looking for: You have a University Degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area. You have strong communication and analytical skills, you can communicate complex data concepts with audiences from different backgrounds. You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented. You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills - German language skills are an advantage, but no must. You are able to understand the details of the cost structure in order to make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where data may be difficult to procure. Previous experience with Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
