Description du poste About this job The Junior Sales Development Representative will work with the Business Development team to generate sales leads, schedule appointments for the sales teams, and qualify leads created by the marketing department. Responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining email lists and creating email content. The ideal candidate is competitive, energetic, passionate, and aggressive in their pursuit of excellence. Responsibilities Generate new leads in prospective accounts Contact leads to set up appointments for senior members of the sales team Make outbound calls/emails and call on marketing-generated inbound leads Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly qualified leads and revenue objectives Demonstrate clear understanding of NielsenIQ's sales processes Work with Salesforce to implement prospecting strategies Provide weekly accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management Develop an understanding of core NielsenIQ products and services Support Business Development team with updating Salesforce and other CRM tools Manage and update client and contact lists Creating and Updating Salesforce reporting Gain an understanding of, and become proficient in, Nielsen Answers on Demand Assist the Business Development Team with ad-hoc requests Participate in cross-function teams and projects as needed Assist in trade show execution, including preparing exhibitor lists and management of marketing materials A little bit about you You enjoy fostering and growing customer relationships and working with syndicated data sets and analytic solutions across large matrixed organizations. You're comfortable with learning, using and presenting the benefits of the industry's latest cloud-based technology and analytic solutions, working in a fast-moving environment, have the ability to manage multiple projects, while still focusing on high-quality outputs. Qualifications 1 to 2 years of sales related experience or similar, consumer packed goods or insurance sales representative experience a plus Very good communication and relationship skills Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Self-starter with exceptional organizational and planning skills Open-minded and a willingness to learn High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university Expertise with Microsoft Office, Google Suite Additional advantage would be knowledge of SalesForce, LinkedIn, SalesNavigator, SalesLoft and Nielsen Answers Fluent with Romanian and English language What we can offer: Work in dynamic environment engaging with local and global companies.
