Description As a recruiter at Yobbers you will inspire people to discover the world! You will be the link between the applicant and the international employer. Moreover, you are responsible for the incoming applications and to match the candidates with the needs of the employers abroad. Our focus is personal support, we want to help the job seeker and employer in the best way possible. Our whole team has experience in living and working abroad, this helps us to support others who are following the same path. We work with a system called Holacracy, in which self-management and autonomy are important aspects. That means that you will work with a team of international recruiters but also have your individual tasks. We are looking for a recruiter who is motivated, ambitious and ready to help us to bring Yobbers to the next level. Experience in working with customers or in recruitment are a plus, but the ability to listen well and show empathy towards the candidates is crucial.
