GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies. Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms. Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1.000 people. The candidate will be part of the team Internal Audit. In GOSP the Internal Audit Division is accountable for the delivery of a risk based, high quality and value adding assurance for the Company. The delivery is performed by: monitoring and evaluating the Internal Control System, defining a risk-based audit plan, executing the engagements of the audit plan and ensuring monitoring of the remedial actions implementation. The GOSP Internal Audit Division is searching for a candidate to support its activities for the reinforcement of its staffing. Main Tasks: Supports fieldwork activities in audit engagements in GOSP, on IT topics. Performs testing activities of IT controls (interviews with internal personnel, evidences identification, collection and analysis). Supports formalization of audit activities (e.g. meeting minutes, tests results, audit reports). Supports monitoring of implementation activities for the agreed remediations in GOSP. Supports the definition of controls based on international standards, by collaboration with the Business Thematic Audit Security global community. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Management Engineering. Master degree is a plus. Basic functional knowledge of IT infrastructures (e.g. web application architecture, application servers, Databases, Microsoft Windows and Linux server, networking, virtualization, cloud environments). Basic functional knowledge of IT Security principles (e.g. security controls, antivirus, firewalling, network segregation, SOC, SIEM). Understanding of Internal Audit principles (definition of controls, risk assessment and risk based evaluation, test of design and test of effectiveness, issues definition, remedial actions identification and negotiation, follow up management). English written and spoken proficiency is a must, due to interactions with GOSP Branches personnel (at least B2). Any other foreign languages is a plus (e.g. German, French). Skills Proficiency in the usage of the Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams). Strong analytical skills, accounting for a complex IT, organizational and multicultural environment. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Any studies or trainings on the topic of IT Internal Auditing is a plus. Any knowledge of IT and Security standards is a plus (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, ISO27001, ISO22301, ISO31000, NIST CSF, CSA CCM).
