JOIN THE SALES TECH WHOLESALE TEAM AS A TECH CONSULTANT IN EMEA REGION: Technology Consultants are individuals with broad Tech and specific business knowledge, specialized in one or more focus areas or systems. Their role is to provide expert advisory, analyze systems, solutions, and products, individualize specific system requirements to meet the business demands. Tech consultants contribute or even drive end-2-end activities such us, demand analysis, requirement engineering, system configuration, strategic planning, stakeholder Mgmt. and digitizing business processes. They partner closely with product led roles like Product owners, Solution Architects, Engineers, and Agile experts. They work with Global and Market partners too. YOUR TASKS: Interesting tasks within agile Product team such as quarterly drafting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), roadmap planning, new demand analysis, weekly stand-up calls. Work with Atlassian products suite such as Jira and Confluence, capturing documentation and planning. Basic analytical/reporting tasks with MicroStrategy and/or Microsoft Power BI. Shadowing Senior Technology Consultants during their day-to-day tasks such as Salesforce Sales Cloud or Amazon Web Services configuration. Opportunity to assist with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) messages monitoring and troubleshooting. Automate manual business processes via Robotic Process Automation (UiPath, MS Power Apps) Assist in the creation of a requirements and in investigating and applying authorized requests, in line with the change management policy. Assist in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications.
