Power BI and SharePoint applications • You have a good command of oral and written English. This involves preparing necessary documents, parts, tools, repair procedures etc., and launching them across our National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSC) in Europe. Your project: You will be working very closely with our permanent team members and members from other related divisions and will be involved in two digitalisation projects to improve our campaign operations in Europe. The first IT project is related to vehicles Pre-Delivery Corrections (PDC) at our NMSCs/dealers. As a short term a vehicle location feedback tool via SharePoint/Power BI has been implemented since beginning of 2023. You will monitor users (i.e. NMSC, campaign team) feedback and based on this lead system issue solving and further improvements. As part of long term planning you will perform feasibility study for a fully automated blocking and monitoring system in TME. Based on your findings, you will propose countermeasures to the management as input for future detailed user requirements (DUR). The second IT project is related a ticketing system to raise enquiries to TME and reply to NMSC which has been in use since end of 2022. You will analyse the inquiries raised and make proposals to the campaign team for further improvements and to the management for a quality management board to monitor our key performance indicators. We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
