JOIN OUR SUSTAINABILITY FINANCE TEAM: Overall purpose of the team is to act as the major Finance business partner for the Global Operations sustainability team throughout strategy creation, planning and execution. We are accountable for: Cost controlling & performance management, ensuring reliability, robustness, auditability and tracking of Environmental, Social and Governance(ESG) KPIs, building necessary processes and capabilities to comply with new ESG reporting requirements (e.g. EU Taxonomy) as well as supporting business plan/case development. YOUR TASKS: Support the team in setting up the company to comply with upcoming regulations and requirements related to EU Taxonomy Work on robust understanding of such requirements and implications for adidas as well as communicating to and upskilling relevant stakeholders and senior management Help to set up necessary processes and capabilities to enable company to comply with EU Taxonomy Support team in defining, tracking, reporting and analyzing internal and external ESG KPIs Support team in tracking and monitoring own the game related sustainability investments to enable senior management decisions. YOUR PROFILE: Student of Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management or similar Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship.
