JOIN OUR REAL ESTATE EUROPE TEAM Support us in maximizing the profitability of Market Europe Consumer Direct Retail and Franchise by securing Real Estate in Central & North in alignment with the adidas retail store growth targets for European Markets. Our Team is responsible for identifying potential sites, assessing their viability, lease negotiation of sites as well as ensuring that financial hurdles are met in the overall development of adidas retail locations. YOUR TASKS Support in identifying and evaluating all real estate opportunities through site selection metrics and criteria, demographic analysis and research to ensure the best locations for the brand are secured. Support with internal alignments with various retail departments to attain on site opportunities and sales projections. Support in managing the creation of site justification packets as part of the capital approval processes. Support in evaluating existing store portfolio to actively drive rent reductions, recommend lease renewals and terminations and negotiate renewals and extensions where appropriate. Monthly update and review of the portfolio overview.
