Responsabilités Your mission : • Support the Coordination Teams for the change of the Core Banking System of the Bank • Assist the department's project managers in their monitoring and coordination tasks • Market et Infrastructure watch in payments and securities domains for the bank Your main activities : • Assist the business test leads coordinators on the daily basis to manage the main project of the bank which is the change of the Operational System of the bank during the summer 2023 o Follow-up before the change of the system to make sure everything is ready: Follow-up of the testers, create reporting, cleaning and challenging of information, prepare the setup for the production, follow-up on user guides, procedures to be created o Support after the change of the system on the 1st of July: Help the supports teams and operations teams on all daily requests and continue to follow tasks that have not been finished before that weekend to stabilities all the activities managed by the bank • Assist project managers in their daily monitoring and coordination tasks, but also by carrying ongoing studies related to a specific project • Participate to the presentation of new regulations and implementation of change management following a new regulation or a new project Compétences requises Your profile : Your education : • You are a student currently enrolled at a business school, university with a major in finance, economics or science.
