In 2021, thanks to its global technology assets, the Group managed close to €30 billion in business volume, primarily carried out via mobile applications, online platforms and card and is consistently growing (+23% over first 9 months of 2022) Your mission Part of Digital product & payment team within the Marketing & Strategy Direction of Edenred Headquarter, we are coordinating implementation projects of mobile payment solutions such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Edenred Pay for our products. When the solution is delivered, our beneficiaries can use their Edenred cards by paying with their smartphones. They can pay for their lunch in an easy, secure and fast way. Recent examples: Samsung Pay & Google Pay in France for Ticket Restaurant. Mobile payment projects require coordination between many different stakeholders (payment platform, wallet service providers and Edenred business units) while dealing with legal, technical, marketing and operational aspects. The assistant will have 2 main missions: Mobile payment projects: - Assist the onboarding of business units on different work streams (technical, marketing, operations) - Participate and prepare follow-up weekly meetings - Assist the business units on the delivery of prerequisites and on the approval of marketing materials - Support the business units’ customer service teams for the setup of required tool and provide training materials o Support functional testing on smartphones and smartwatches.
