Context : Allianz Trade for Multinationals is a successful and sustainable provider of credit risk management solutions for global business and financial institutions. This dedicated team within the Allianz Trade Group is specifically tasked with servicing multinationals with complex structures. The assistant to the Performance and Change manager will be integrated in an international team (Head of Policy Management in Hamburg, Performance and Change Manager in London and yourself in Paris) and will work with teams in based in different countries (the department has about 60 people). Missions: The Performance and Change Analyst intern will contribute: To produce the Policy Management reports. To support the Policy Management Regional Managers on their KPIs by providing pre-analyzed / identified issues where to focus. To develop usage of internal collaborative platforms, ensuring knowledge sharing and blog post across the full worldwide community, provides on-the-spot and ad-hoc trainings when needed. Profile : Strong skills in Excel (formulas, Pivot table, Power Query). Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge of digital communication tools (Webex, MS Teams) Fluent in English . Other languages like French, Spanish or German much appreciated Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with remote teams
