Responsabilités The candidate will work on strategic assignments within the Customer Insights Center team, belonging to the Transformation Office Support senior team members in conducting strategic / financial analysis or in implementing sales effectiveness projects that will require regular interactions with the Senior Management of BIL Take ownership of the topics assigned and develop sound recommendations to facilitate decision making Formulate findings in presentations and share them in meetings with members of BIL Senior Management The candidate will receive daily training and coaching Work will depend on the specific project that the candidate will be assigned to and can include for example: Structure problems to understand the key underlying drivers Provide detailed analysis to identify trends and change in performance evolution using descriptive statistics and data visualization techniques Participate in budgeting process, objectives allocation and monitoring Analyze the profitability of the different products, markets and client segments using data analysis Manage sales effectiveness project / project stream (from analysis, solution definition to implementation) Active participation in writing internal presentations addressed to BIL top management Compétences requises Master in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration (A Grade / top 20% students) English (fluent), French (recommended) General knowledge of banking activities Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, strong appetite for figures and their interpretation Rigor, consistency and attention to details Proactive and self-motivated Capable of interacting with all levels of the organization Team player, willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
