What you'll do: You will work as an intern for ideally 5-6 months in one of our Global Operations teams, for example: Supply Chain Management & Logistics Taking care of the coordination with suppliers and logistics service providers Getting involved in the field of product management by taking on tasks related to inventory planning, forecasting and inventory optimization. You will also be introduced to the processes of the supply chain (logistics controlling, analysis and optimization SC, efficiency and effectiveness) Procurement Owning 1-2 strategic projects which brings great cost savings and efficiency Supporting in the operational management of a product category or supplier Operational Excellence Defining best practice standards and rolling them out Analyzing and improving our current processes by applying Lean Management methods and tools Quality Contributing to our global supply chain and manage our suppliers to build the best products Developing and executing inspection guidelines and procedures for our award-winning products Operational Planning Contributing to our global supply chain and manage our suppliers to build the best products Developing and executing inspection guidelines and procedures for our award-winning products Who we're looking for: You have completed some studying cases in business administration, business informatics or a related subject. Ideally, you have initial practical experience in the area of operation or supply chain management and logistics. You master MS Office, especially Excel, in your sleep. If you have some basic interest into data modeling and programing, it would be a great plus You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills - other language skills are an advantage You are able logically explain your decisions, also well self-organized and independent You are quick to grasp and have a solution-oriented approach to new tasks and problems.
