ROLE DESCRIPTION Are you looking for a 6-month internship in Legal starting as soon as possible? Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), start building your career by joining SES and becoming part of the Legal team (Technology and Development). This internship is a great opportunity to apply and improve your knowledge by reviewing contracts, drafting and negotiating, but also provide legal support to Technology and IT as a Legal Counsel. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Participate in the draft, review, negotiation of commercial agreements and supplier agreements in support of a broad spectrum of global business initiatives; Among other domains, provide legal support and advice in the domains of procurement of spacecraft and launch services, M&A and data protection; Conduct research and draft memoranda in various legal fields; Liaise with specialized outside legal advisors; Provide assistance to the Company’s affiliates and subsidiaries on legal aspects as requested. YOUR PROFILE 1. You must have Master degree or LLM in law (or currently in the last year of studies); Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Fluency in English; Capability to work in an accurate and organized manner with proven attention to detail; Excellent English drafting skills. 2. It would be nice if you had Flexibility and team-spirit; French, German or Luxembourgish are considered an asset; Good interpersonal relations and communications skills (written and oral); Good time management and priority setting skills; Proactive approach, can do mentality and ability to work autonomously.
