For these activities, the team is closely collaborating with other departments in Quality Function as well as other divisions. Your project: You will be working on an improvement project for our Pan-European quality standards system to support the efficiency level-up of operations. We are in the process of transitioning to an updated system and with your help aim to accelerate further improvements. This involves: • supporting ideation and documentation of detailed user requirements for the next generation system • development of revision flows with our IT partner and • supporting improvements for the ticketing app in Power App. In order to develop an understanding of the system we will provide you with an introduction and will ask you to support parts of the transition. For the whole project you will be supported by our members in charge of the system and its Kaizen activities.
