Your Role Learn about and support to shape the strategic direction of Data & Analytics at ZEISS Digital Partners. The team is helping the Data & Analytics leadership team in structuring and developing new opportunities for data-driven solutions across ZEISS. You will work with our Data Strategists on the co-development of company-wide concepts as well as their implementation. With your passion for data and analytics you will learn about our digitization strategy while helping the team on various tasks, including top management presentations, organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops, while also gathering data and insights as part of our day-to-day work. Your Profile You are currently studying business informatics, business administration, computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related field First experience with structuring and developing frameworks, methods and approaches and communicating them in a structured and easy-to-grasp way, first consulting experience is an advantage A natural interest in state-of-the-art technological developments A general understanding of the relevance of data integration, data management and data quality in a corporate environment A basic understanding of cloud technologies and how they interact Data mindset, willingness to improve data literacy, understanding its importance You think and work in structured ways, are good at self-organizing, time and task management Excellent English skills, German is recommended Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Mrs. Selina Riccio, Mrs. Trami Le
