Let’s talk about you You are a final year Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources, Psychology or Economic / Social Sciences; You have a passion for people; You think pro-actively and act pragmatic; You are result-focused and have a great eye for detail; You are capable to adapt easily in a fast changing environment; You are hands-on, eager to learn and a real team player; You are familiar with the MS Office applications; You are fluent in Dutch and / or French and have a good knowledge of English. Learning & Development As part of Central Talent , the Talent Development & Inclusion (TD&I) team is responsible for the development, coordination and organization of non-technical learning activities at national level. Our focus is mainly on professional, interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills while driving our organization to the next level. HR Project Management As part of Central Talent , the Talent Project team provides services for Human Resources to start-up and roll-out exciting HR related projects that will bring us closer to realize our HR strategy. In addition the team also acts as a consultant for other (HR) teams to assist with project management challenges. HR Business Partner As part of one of our decentralized Talent teams , you contribute to the management of existing HR processes (onboarding, employee experience, performance, reporting, project management, offboarding). As a trusted advisor you build relationships to get a good understanding of what lives within the organization, to identify broader talent challenges, and come with ideas on how to address them. As an intern you will assist our internal client groups, in close cooperation with the HR specialist teams of our Central Talent. Who is Deloitte? Practical Information During the internship you have the opportunity to expand your network as you work with professionals who will coach you. A dedicated promoter will have bi-weekly touchpoints to evaluate your progress & assist you when needed. You will also be assigned a buddy, who will be approachable at all times. You and your buddy will have several informal meet-ups on a weekly basis to discuss day-to-day issues & solutions.
