Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité The IM Worldwide Industrial Management System and Sustainability team defines, deploys and maintain the Industrial Management system and tools sustaining and enhancing the operations essential pillars: IM license to operate with safety, reliability, and emissions reduction, Develop and Leverage on close the loop system ('myIMS' Risk Mastering, myIM modules) to support our operations in managing our key risks or processes, Revise and validate our Data models and methods to best represent our impact and consolidate actual results, Share knowledge and foster replication of good practices, Having a holistic Operating Management System (myIM) in place is essential to improve the overall performance. The core principle of myIM is based on a Maturity Approach , well connected with complementary supporting tools. The performance level is linked with the maturity level and defacto, progressing in maturity will result in a quantifiable performance improvement. Missions & Responsabilités In this context, you will be in charge of: Review the governance of the myIM platform Define guidelines to be able to Extend myIM for others Operating model Upgrade the Facility Referential to the INTELEX Facility referential Integrate into a Power BI Dashboard replicable for others Operating Models. Develop training materials and communication packages for the change management Being involved in the deployment program and proposing room for improvements. Profil et compétences Bac + 5 Engineering or Business School - data analyst Languages: English (fluent) Appetite for data analysis Informations complémentaires Localisation: 75 Quai d'Orsay, Paris, France Timeline: 6 months starting in February/March 2023
