Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité The Customer Development Group (CDG) is a transversal organization within Air Liquide, working across geographies and business lines. Under the supervision of the Chief Customer Officer, the CDG is responsible for: Ensuring the development and implementation across the Group of best practices to interact with customers. Establishing a more systematic development path for Air Liquide employees interacting with customers. Leading the management of the strategic and key customers in close interaction with the respective World Business Lines (WBL) and E&C Management. Leveraging the Group and entities resources to ensure a comprehensive view of "the customer" and creating a customer centric culture. Create a step change in our Commercial/Sales expertise functions by developing and implementing an Air Liquide Sales Academy, and creating a specific career development path for our customer- facing community. Leading or supporting direct operational actions with customers on specific topics, on an "as needed" basis, in good coordination with the Zones, the WBLs, the GBUs (Global Business Units like E&C) and General Management. In order to fulfill these missions, the CDG has been built upon three programs: the Strategic Account Management, the Commercial Excellence and the Customer Experience Programs. Missions & Responsabilités As a Business Analyst you will be part of the Customer Development Group, working for the Strategic Account Program and Commercial Excellence team. You will be reporting to the Program Manager for the Strategic Accounts & Commercial Excellence, supporting these two programs. Your main responsibilities will be: Communication support with materials (articles, presentations, interesting facts) of online Commercial Excellence community and Google platform (google community environment and website). Strategic and key accounts documents depository follow up (google drive) and information consolidation for the business lines of the Group. Contribution to the implementation of application tools for strategic accounts management (f.i. networking tools...) using the Group IT capabilities and searching outside the Group. Contribution to the development of the road-map and the implementation of other CDG initiatives. Analyze databases and extract the information required for the CDG initiatives. Identify initiatives and best practices developed by geographies and entities within the Group and by other companies outside the Group. Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on strategic initiatives at the heart of Air Liquide's ambitions. It is also ideal to discover and get a deep understanding of the different Group's entities and activities and to work with key Group commercial representatives. Profil et compétences Bac +4/5 - University, Engineering or Business School. Language: English (additional languages - a plus). International Profile. Personal: Precision, punctuality and rigor in the work. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to navigate in a complex environment and work with people of different mentalities. Customer oriented mindset. Technical: Strong excel knowledge (work with databases), Knowledge of working in google environment. Google sheets and google applications knowledge.
