Job description: Overall goal of the team you will be part of: The Transformation Office is a core part of the Transformation Center at Solvay, which is driving a number of group-wide transformation initiatives.   The team supports the Executive Leadership Team to navigate business challenges: Weekly business reviews, pulling 360° insights from the entire organization; support performance dialogues Operational risks & challenges: PMO Support to key Group challenges & projects  The team also ensures realization of the Solvay transformations by maintaining an integrated view of all the transformation projects and proactively addressing risks: Transparency, transversal perspective, insights Prioritization and Target setting Transformation change management agenda Industrialization of new capabilities / ways of working (Solvay Operating System wiki)  Responsibilities: Support The Transformation Office team on the following core tasks: Analyze (on an ongoing basis) and further improve topline transparency (order patterns, opportunity pool development…) Develop /improve key dashboards (quick wins, risks…) Perform ad hoc analysis to generate insights supporting ELT decision-making on Business / Operations / Solvay One transformation Support for the adoption and expansion of the Solvay Operating System Wiki    Profile description: Education and experience: Currently studying or recently completed a Master degree, ideally in Science / Engineering, Finance or Business related fields Appetite for digital tools and /or experience with financial reporting and are a plus   Skills and competencies:   Strong analytical skills; ability to challenge & synthesize key insights Proficiency using Google Sheets and Google Slides (or Microsoft Office) Good command of English. Knowledge of other languages of the Group (especially French) is a plus   Behaviors Strong team player Autonomous; independent worker Agile mindset; able to work on many topics in parallel, with fast-changing priorities Strongly curious and questioning nature, with a “trust but verify” approach Good sense of humor   Education level: Master's Degree Work experience: Less than 6 months Start contract date: 15-02-23
