JOIN TEAM HR – EXECUTIVE SEARCH & TALENT INTELLIGENCE: We challenge you to quickly become an integral part of the adidas in-house executive search & Talent Intelligence group by taking ownership for the delivery of exceptional and diverse talent in support of the executive search team. The team is essential in identifying, qualifying and assessing executive talent for our most senior executive positions. the executive search team drives the execution of active and critical executive search projects across all of adidas’ businesses/ categories, markets, and functions as well as the talent intelligence on overarching market trends, the talent landscape, competitor intel and much more. This internship will give you the opportunity to rotate between the two teams, supporting more holistic, broad talent intelligence work as well as the execution of search projects for the most senior roles in the company. YOUR TASKS: Help prepare the materials used and presented over the course of a new project, such as kick off documents, job descriptions, presentations to hiring managers etc. Support the teams with analysis and data on trends in the industry, market and talent landscape Desk research into competitors, their organization, structures, products, revenues and footprint, as well as identifying potential talents for the projects in executive search. Help manage all related administrative duties related to the search process including status reports, Candidate assessments, feedback/scorecard collection, etc. assist with the interview scheduling process when necessary YOUR PROFILE: Student of HR related studies, business administration, or the Arts. Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate) Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations) Fluent in English, both written as well as verbal fluency Good knowledge of MS office Convincing, communicative, and flexible personality, able to establish rapport quickly Team player, yet able to organize/prioritize work within scope independently Strong project management skills, attention to detail Strong sense of ownership Resilient, inquisitive and tenacious; possesses an inherent drive to “solve the puzzle” at all odds against tight timelines in a demanding environment.
