JOIN TEAM THE EU ECOM STRATEGY & PROGRAMS TEAM The GLOBAL COE & EU ECOM – Digital Strategy & Programs team is looking for a passionate intern who will support in driving various activities focused on Strategy & Head Office . Your tasks include supporting the EU eCom strategy planning and execution, assisting the team with creating presentations (ppt decks), driving internal communication activities such as key event preparations (e.g. department/business update meetings) or updates that go to the wider organization (e.g. Weekly Newsletter).YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute to the 2023 Digital Strategy Execution, e.g. following up with stakeholders on cross-functional deliverables and gathering input Support in Strategic Planning (help organize workshops incl. preparation of material and follow ups of the workshop) Support Head Office activities such as sourcing data pointsfrom multiple stakeholders andcreating PPT decks for presentations Support planning, orchestration and facilitation of Global COE & EU eCom events (i.e. department meetings) KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Sr. Dir.
